Otaku Trash
When her parents announce they are moving to Dubai for work, Rose has two choices: Go with them, or move to the remote countryside to live with an aunt and cousin she has never met. She chooses exile to the countryside, away from her friends in London and everything she knows and loves. But perhaps this is a chance to get to know a side of the family she has never met.
When Clover’s mum tells her her estranged cousin is coming to live with them for two years, Clover is less than impressed. Her home is her sanctuary – the one place she can be as loud of an otaku as she likes – and she does not want someone invading that space. But perhaps Rose has more in common with Clover than she realises.
Otaku Trash is the story of learning to love yourself and not being ashamed of what you like.
